Dance Recital

The girls had their dance recital back on the 15 of May. It was a CRAZY day. I had to be at Timpview bright and early. Troy had worked a graveyard shift the night before so I was planning on taking Jensen. Troy's sister had spent the night because her daughter had a gymnastics competition in Lindon. She found out it started later than they thought so she took Jensen all morning for me. Serious lifesaver. It would have been torture. We were at rehearsals from about 8:45-12:15. Thank you Toni! Troy's work had their annual Craw fish Boil that ran to for a little bit and then it was home to get ready for the recital. Reese was in the Matinee performance and Kenadee the evening. Reese was so fun to watch. She would get so excited on Mondays when she got to go to danceI think after watching Kenadee at competitions and performances all year she was SO exctited that it was finally her turn. I don't know how much of the actual dance she did, but she still performed! I did miss half of it while I was trying to get Jensen back from the front of the auditorium. We went to dinner after her performance and I found a babysitter for Jensen so I could enjoy Kenadee's dances. Kenadee did a great job. She has become very comfortable on stage and her team performs very well together. I think it was the best they have ever performed their "I Like to Fuss" dance. We have had a break for two weeks but this week she starts back at it again.
