Bear Lake summer trip

Somehow we only made it to Bear Lake once this summer. We made it up there a couple weeks before school started. We left Thursday and were the only ones there with my grandparents that night. Friday the rest of the family came. The weather wasn't great on Friday but we ended up at the pool in the afternoon. We snuggled in blankets out on the balcony and watched a storm blow in that night. Saturday we spent the morning looking for a spot somewhere on the lake. I think that it was more packed than I have ever seen it so we ended up on the complete opposite side of the lake from the cabin. It was a great spot though and the kids could walk out and touch forever. We ate lunch and played volleyball and spent hardly any time on the boat. We stayed pretty late and went back to the cabin to BBQ. Sunday everyone left except for us and Britt's family. It was mostly a lazy day but we did make it to the park with yummy shakes. Monday we spent forever cleaning our way out to to  head home. Overall it was a fun trip and the kids were great. Soph was a handful but she always is. I am hoping we can make it there again in the next month. This is my favorite time of year there!
