When the carnival came to town we had to take the kids to it. They begged every time we drove by it. That weekend was crazy. We were at the carnival for about an hour, went to dinner, did some hair at my mom's house. Woke up early Saturday for a baptism in Logan. Right after the baptism we had to rush to Santaquin, up the canyon for a family reunion. Crazy busy weekend!
Kenadee lost her first tooth. The tooth was knocked loose one night by Troy when he was bouncing the kids on the trampoline. She was pretty upset about the blood and the pain until she realized her tooth was loose, then she was ecstatic! She has been dying to loose a tooth. It started to get annoying so she finally let Troy pull it out. That night when she was putting it under her pillow for the tooth fairy she decided she wanted to keep it for a few days to show Halley. So we kept it. A few days later we were meeting my mom at Zuppa's for lunch. Kenadee brought the tooth to show Halley. Halley accidentally set the bag with the tooth on the table and the waitress threw it away! Kenadee handled it pretty well. I told her we would write the Tooth Fairy a letter and explain what happened. She (me) keeps forgetting to do this so the Tooth Fairy has not made a visit yet! I am a horrible mother.
Troy played in a softball league with a bunch of friends. I went to one of the first games and didn't go back until the last night. The first game we went to I did not even watch. I chased my kids around and had to fight Jensen to keep him out of the dugout. I decided I should probably go watch the last night of games and I was glad that I did. My smokin hot hubby hit two home runs and the kids had a blast. The team took second place!

Somewhere in here we had a US Synthetic barbecue at our house for the Bearings R&D group. It was lots of fun and lots of work to get everything ready.
Brittney threw an unbelievable party for Cash's first birthday. You have to check out the pictures on her blog to see how stinking cute it was. She is amazing!

Troy went to St. Louis for work. Troy is a huge baseball fan, and the team that he has LOVED since he was a little boy is the St. Louis Cardinals. He was able to go to a game while he was there and I think that it was one of the best days of his life! He had great seats and was able to get some cool pictures of Albert Pujols. I was super bummed that I didn't get to go with him and see him see the Cardinals for the first time. We had a sleepover at Britt's since Jer was out of town too. We played at the park and let the kids stay up way too late.

Kenadee's dance team had a swimming party. Just her and I went and we had so much fun. Her friends from dance are so fun and so cute. She had a blast with them this past year.

Troy and I had a date night with some friends at the Salt Lake Bees game. (Again, the seriously NASTY mustache!)

Yes I am aware the the mustache Troy has is nasty. He did it for "Mustache Month" in his department at work. I think he was the only one that grew one. I was not a fan which made him keep it even longer:)

Jensen had a birthday but that deserves it's own post. We also celebrated my mom's 50th along with my sister Ashley's birthday. We met at Buca di Peppo in Salt Lake for a yummy fun dinner and then we saw Dinner for Shmucks. It was so stupid that it was funny. At least that is what I thought. I had a complete laughing meltdown during it. It was great to spend time together without the kids. I didn't get any good pictures of the night. Happy Birthday to the best mom in the world. I hope that someday I am just like her. She is the most stylish 50 year old I know. I couldn't ask for a better mom. Love ya mom!!!
And that is it. Please bless that August goes by slower than July did. I am not ready for summer to end.

Love it!!! Looks way busy, but that is a good thing, makes you take advantage of everything out there. Love that you and Britt had a sleepover. That is way fun. We saw that show last night...that is the perfect way to describe it...so stupid it was funny. Enjoy the rest of the summer!!
