Tuesday- My beloved book club that I didn't want to miss. I got a babysitter and had and hour and a half of great conversation about Dr Laura's Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands. Came home and watched the CMT awards while staying up way too late with Reese.
Wednesday- Boring rainy day. Costa Vida for dinner. Stayed up late with Kenadee watching So You Think You Can Dance.
Thursday- Tortured at Walmart by my children. Reese threw a fit, held her breath, turned blue, went delirious, passed out and came to bawling even more! Such fun. Jensen got sick of being in the cart and wanted to be held. Spent TWO hours in Walmart carrying Reese and Jensen. Miserable. Reese had a tummy ache all afternoon and that night I heard her in the kitchen. I go in to see what she is doing and find her with a band aide and her pants off. Her bum hurt after going to the bathroom so many times so she wanted me to put a band aide on her behind. Why do band aides make everything feel better??? Stayed up late again.
Friday- Decided we needed to get out and do something fun. We went to the Gateway to play in the water and see the Chalk Art Festival that was going on. Got snowies and went to the Buckle. I found a few shirts to try on and while we were in the fitting room the girls start fighting. Kenadee was bawling, Reese was bawling, Jensen was bawling, and I was on the verge. I think everyone in the store was either entertained or horrified by us. Good times.
Saturday- We woke up very happy and excited that Troy was coming home.
Overall it was a fun week together. I got caught up on laundry, read a book, and had a super clean house. I missed my hubby though and I was so excited for him to come home.

Ohhhh, so sorry. Being a single mom is NO FUN!! But, on a brighter note, I love that book by Dr. Laura, and I love Kenedees swimsuit- I just ordered it for Laylah a few days ago. Too funny. I wish we could have gotten together! We'll have to do it soon :)
Totally just laughing about the bandaid thing, I think that is so funny mostly becasue I can see Ellie doing the same thing. I hate walmart and can't believe you go by yourself with three kids. You are so brave.
((hugs)) and I totally understand the bandaid thing, I haven't figured it out yet either but sometimes I love that it helps, sometimes it drives my crazy.... Oh but thank heavens for book club and girl talk.... I wish!
Sounds like quite the week!! I love the story of Reese and the band-aid, that is too funny!
